Delivery

The place of performance is our warehouse in Celerina/GR. However, we deliver throughout Switzerland, via Swiss Post or Cargo, directly to your door or to the address you specify, in the case of a gift delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, we charge the actual transport costs for all deliveries within Switzerland.

Complaints

Complaints regarding defects must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods; otherwise, the delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted.

Apart from transport by our delivery vans, the goods are carried at the buyer’s expense and risk. Cantina RATTI GmbH accepts no liability for damage or omissions caused by third parties.

Delivery Quantity

There is no minimum order quantity. You may select the items in your order as you wish.

Prices

All our prices are quoted in Swiss francs, inclusive of statutory VAT, ex-warehouse of Cantina RATTI GmbH in Celerina/GR. They are subject to change. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. No sales to persons under the age of 18.

Availability

Cantina RATTI GmbH endeavours to guarantee consistent availability of its extensive range. As wine is a natural product, it is not always available in unlimited quantities. Although we strive to maintain a balanced range for you, there may be occasions when individual wines are out of stock. In the event of partial deliveries, we will therefore only charge you for the goods delivered. We will send you the remaining goods and the invoice for the outstanding amount as soon as they become available, delivered free of charge.

Gift Service

A case of fine wine also makes a popular gift! It’s a lovely way to treat your friends throughout Switzerland… We’ll be happy to take care of it for you!

Payment

As a general rule, we only deliver against advance payment.

By arrangement, payment by invoice is also possible. In this case, the invoice is payable net within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Please transfer the amount shown via your bank or online banking to one of the following accounts:

The invoice can also be paid by credit card (Visa, Amexco or Mastercard). Your card will be charged the amount shown on the invoice in CHF.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you can also provide your full credit card number by telephone, fax or email.

Please do not forget to state the card’s expiry date correctly.

Corked Wine

Only Swiss wines with a cork taint will be replaced within one year of the delivery date. The bottles in question must be at least three-quarters full and still have their original corks. We thank you for your understanding!
